Messages are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate responses, and to Groq Whisper for voice transcription. We never log message content — only anonymised statistical events (number of questions, error types, etc.).

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Vipps app. Your data stays on our server — we don't delete it. Export the knowledge base with !kb export if you want to take it with you.
Yes, until someone updates the knowledge base. It's exactly like with a new colleague — if you don't tell Lars the process changed, he'll keep doing it the old way. Munin is no different, but easier to update: send a document, type !kb add in Slack, or say it out loud and press 🧠. 30 seconds. Many teams find that Munin pushes them to document changes they'd never have written down otherwise.
Type !kb list in Slack or Telegram to see all stored topics. You can also download the full knowledge base as a text file with !kb export — you own the data and can take it with you at any time.
Use !kb edit to edit the last entry, or upload a new document with the correct information — Munin prioritises newer knowledge. Munin goes through the knowledge base once a week and notifies you if it finds information that contradicts itself.
